Thank you for your interest in the Classicwatch watch repair service. Classicwatch offers a complete watch repair service for all makes of mechanical watches whether old or new. To send us your watch for a repair estimate, please follow these simple steps:

General Information:
Combining time-tested watchmaking techniques with state-of-the-art internet technology, Classicwatch offers watch repair and service with a six month guarantee. Our staff of watchmakers have over sixty years of experience, the vast majority involving the repair of vintage timepieces and modern Rolex. Classicwatch brings the same level of customer service to its repair service that has made it a favorite among vintage timepiece collectors world wide.
No work, other than the initial diagnostic evaluation of the required service/repair, is undertaken without an approval of our estimate. Standard rates charts can be found in #2 above. Rolex watches are handled exclusively by our Rolex trained technician who gained specialized training while working in Rolex's Quality Control Department. We can also offer Bulova Accutron service by our Certified Accutron Technician.
Each watch is then personally controlled for quality by Zaf Basha,
the owner of Classicwatch.com, who will spend two to three days
observing each and every repair prior to return shipping the watch
to you.
We offer on-line tracking of the status of your service order. You can access the status of your service/repair at any time using a unique service order form number assigned at the time you initially submit your request. You approve the completion of work based on our estimate and we alert you when the work is complete and when your watch has been shipped back to you.
Our minimum charge is $25. Watches submitted for repair will be assessed this charge in those cases were additional work is not undertaken at the customer's request.
This charge includes Fedex 2 day direct signature required return

insurance, for watches valued over $1000, if requested is additional
