Repair - Submission (Please read carefully) Please note that we are only able to provide estimates or comments about a particular timepiece after a thorough physical examination of such timepiece. Our [standard service/repair rates] are provided for your use in estimating service costs. The following form should only be completed once you have made the decision to submit your timepiece to us for service/repair. Completing this form will generate a unique repair ticket number that you can use to approve the estimate and track the process of your service/repair. For this reason, please submit only one watch per form. You will receive a detailed estimate from our watchmakers once your watch has been examined. Please note, there is a minimum charge of $25 on all watches examined if the estimate is refused to cover return shipping via Fedex. Credit card information (Visa/MasterCard) must be included with the watch when shipped to us.
